I wanted to see what the King Arthur deck oven looked like. Well, here it is. On the right you can see the loading table. Loaves are place onto the table and slashed and topped. Then with a few quick moves the entire contents are deposited into the oven with minimal time spent with an open oven. I think that the oven is open less than 30 seconds to load the bread.
