Creamy Spinach Artichoke Dip

    Introduction

    Tina made this recipe on a trip to Montana to visit a friend. This is a mild and creamy dip for bread, crackers and veggies.

    Ingredients

      1 - 10 oz package frozen creamed spinach
      1 - 14 oz can quartered artichoke hearts
      8 oz sour cream
      1 - 1.8 oz packet Knorr Cream of Spinach dry soup mix
      1 oz grated parmesan cheese

    Instructions

    Combine all ingredients and place into oven safe baking dish.
    Bake in 350° F oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

    Comments

    For a tangy version, substitute marinated artichoke hearts.

    You can also top with additional cheese if desired.
